Okay, so last week I was carpooling with my friends to school. My school is on a hill, I kinda big hill. Well, on the way to school with only 10 minutes to spare, the car breaks down because of a flat tire… at the bottom of the hill…..there was a whole hill ahead of us. So we do the reasonable thing, run like mad people up the Loz Feliz hills, thinking that we could make it in ten minutes… We were WRONG, in ten minutes we had made it like 2/3 of the way while we were sprinting with 60 pound backpacks. Finally a really nice lady pulled over and took us to school because her kid is a Junior at our school. She was my savior. When we made it to school I was out of breath like I had just run 26 miles.
Moral of the story: a) I need to work out
b) keep an extra tire
c) call a classmate AS SOON AS THE CAR BREAKS DOWN
d) don’t attempt to run Loz Feliz hill ever again.
